Why I built this

I spent 10 years researching menopause and then I kept going.

Frozen shoulder. Adult acne. Heart palpitations. Low libido. Weight I could not explain. I was a woman in my 40s who did everything right and my body was quietly changing in ways no one around me could name.

So I started researching. I found the answers I needed and I took care of myself. But I kept going because the research was fascinating, the science was clear, and I knew other women were sitting exactly where I had been, quietly accepting symptoms that had real solutions.

Then I looked around and saw the same woman everywhere. Accomplished. Married. Too busy to fall apart. Quietly accepting that this is just who she is now.

I built Sis Pause because no one was saving the whole woman not just treating her symptoms, but reaching her identity, her marriage, her desire to actually live this era fully. I have been featured on NBC, CBS, and ABC. I am the author of 50 Questions to Ask When You Reach 50. And I have guided women through their own transformation journey across retreats in Greece, Morocco, Thailand, Bali, Nigeria, and London.
